Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from and use of the Smart choice online store. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies displayed on the store.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate order and contact information. You must not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and successful payment or verification. We may reject or cancel an order where there is suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, incorrect customer information, or another legitimate reason. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded where applicable.

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. We may correct accidental pricing, description, or availability errors. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Delivery estimates are provided under our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are handled under our return and refund policy.

Store content, branding, images, and written materials may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Smart choice is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by courts or competent authorities with jurisdiction under Pakistani law.
