Shipping policy

We currently process and deliver orders within Pakistan.

Orders normally arrive within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Remote areas, severe weather, courier disruptions, high-demand periods, and incomplete address information may cause delays.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout. Cash-on-delivery availability may depend on the customer’s location and order value.

Customers must provide a complete name, phone number, and delivery address. Smart choice is not responsible for delays or extra courier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Please check the parcel when it arrives. Report damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items within three calendar days by contacting Smartchoicesimple@gmail.com or +971 56 368 8209 and providing the order number and supporting photos or videos.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If an order is returned because delivery was refused or repeatedly unsuccessful, any new delivery may require additional shipping charges.
